My Experience
If you want to pay $4000 for a $1500 car, this is the place to shop. If you are stuck to buy a used car do not put any more down than you have to. Exceeding the minimum down only shortens the length of the loan and does not reduce payment amount. They have to know their cars are crap and want you paid off as fast as possible before the car grenades itself. Their service center is nothing more than a three wall horse stall. I didn't see any ASE certified plaques. They offer a warranty of were they may or may not credit your account at the end of your loan. They are not equipped to handle any engine repair that requires the engine to be pulled such as lower cam seals. For weeks we called our sales person and asked for guidance on how to go about getting an oil leak fixed.Lack of response lead us to at least have our regular mechanic look at it. Diagnosis: $700 to replace lower cam seals. At that point we stopped making full payments to the company until we got an answer on how to get this fixed. That got their attention and we were invited to their make shift service center so they could evaluate it. Their answer: We can't fix it and we won't give it back until you catch up on your payments. I repeatedly asked for other options to no avail. I was open to partial reimbursement or buy the car outright at reduced cost and I would eat the repair in full. So far the best choice was to cut my losses and let them keep the car as I will surely not pay $5000 for a $1500 car. I should also mention I was already in the car an additional $350 for battery, front tires and a tie rod.

DO NOT GO HERE!
Im only giving 1 star because there isnt a zero rating option. This is the worst car dealership in the Dallas area. They are rude, liars, and only have the motive of trying to get as much money out of you as they can while selling you a car that looks good but wont last 30 days....yes 30 days I didnt even think that was ;egal possible. Then I agreed to make the repairs and allow them to reimburse me for the costs by taking it off my end price..later to take it in their repair shop because by suspension went out and paid for them to fix it and got it back with nothing fixed and the wrong parts and still bouncing around when we move it. I called them as soon as we drove it off the lot since they were closing and they told me to bring it back in and there wouldnt be an issue on payment. They kept my car overnight and I had to call them to find out they were not going to fix it until I made my next car payment and the money I paid would not be refunded. Ridiculous! I wish I could type mo

I agree with the other guy they are rude and i salesman unbuckled his belt unzipped his pant and tucked his shirt in and then closed up right at the front counter in from of my wife and daughter we told our salesman who did nothing and when it came time to go over our deal we told the manager who also did nothing, the guy who is cussing in her saying we are dumb can only be one of he sales man trying to make them look. because is use of language is ridiculous and if its a real customer know one will listen to you when you talk so ignorant and full of profanity and unprofessional. regardless no one i know will shop there til this store learns manors coth and etiquette. and fires the guy who cant go to the bath room to tuck his shirt in he is a swine and vulgar.

This Is The Worst Car Dealership Ever. Don't Waste Your Money
This dealership is the most worst car dealership I've ever visited. The worker's discussed other customer accounts outloud. They talked about a customer's account history in front of everyone. Their cell phones rang constantly with rap music. They used profanity and referred to a customer as GHETTO. I can't believe they used that term. Their office is very uncomfortable. Their vending machines did not work and there were flies flying around. I've heard from atlest 10 people, NOT TO USE MEGA MOTORS ESPECIALLY NOT THE ONE ON LEDBETTER.

I like my car!
I got a 1990 Honda Accord which has a few problems, but I only had 300 cash to put down and was going hour shortage @ wk. The car gets me to point A to point B with no problems. I took the car to firestone 4 a ckup and I fix the little minor things as they come up, but I'm proud to have my little car.I did get a Carfax from the title place and found my little car had a hard knock life before and I plan on keeping her kept up! Thanks Mega Motors for the no hassle of getting a car to help my family out!

*** This review appears bogus and could be from employee of megamotorsdallas. Blue Book value of purchased car is $1200 at best. The person put $300 down which tells me the note for the car was $3000. This person couldn't come up with $900 more to buy one outright and yet has no problem going to firestone for after care? Firestone is far from the cheapest repair center out there.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
We purchased a Suburban from Mega Motors, this truck was in suck poor condition that it would not even pass state inspection. We found out that Mega Motors sold us the truck with a false inspection sticker on it. We also found out the vehicle had a salvage title from being wrecked that was not disclosed to us. They also failed to properly register our vehicle. The only way we found this out was because we were trying to do the AirCheck TX on it and the people at the state told us. Please do not get mixed up with their scamming and taking peoples hard earned money. There are many alternatives out there for people with bad credit!
