Avoid this woman in your life. She is dangerous. We were searching craigslist for a live in part time nanny. After weeks of text communication and getting to know her we invited her to spend the day with the family. She appeared energetic and the kids clicked with her. All appeared good. Evening comes and our friends are with us. The kids go off and do their thing and the adults theirs. Except for Molly. We extend multiple invites to join us, but she prefers to play with the kids. Having our friends over, we didn't think too much of it and we carried on with our friends until the late hours. Kids stayed up as late as they could watching movies. Our friends leave and we head off to bed. I am awoken around 3am by Molly as she is being picked up by someone.
The next morning, the kids wake up and ask where Molly went. We didn't know. I had asked my 12 year old daughter what she thought of Molly. She stated she was weird and very innapropriate. I asked more questions and she told me that Molly had shown her tattoo condems. She told me that Molly had shown her "sugar daddys" on her phone. She told us that Molly was very physical.
After getting her review, it's time for us to review the video recorder. We have cameras in and outside of our home. We were astonished at what we saw. My daughter saying inappropriate is an understatement. We see Molly fondling herself in the living room with the kids present. She exposes her vagina to them for an itch. She's wearing boy boxers. She's grabbing at and touching my daughter's 12 year old friend Lilly in forbidden places. She bites Lilly on her breast.
We contact our friends and let them know of our discovery. They talk to their daughter Lilly and confirm what happened. The following day we have a meeting to discuss what had happened, what is best interest to children and my intent to report the matter to the police. Friends were not approving of taking matter to police. They already have a few legal issues and this would only complicate their lives. Our friends do not have custody of Lilly. I suspect they are worried they could get in trouble for not watching Lilly.
The following day I had called Grand Prairie police to report the matter and show an officer the offending video. They took the report and was told I will be contacted by a detective in the next couple of days.
Detective Parker calls to let me know he has looked at the video and agreed that her behavior is inappropriate and that requirements for prosecution haven't been met. No indecency with a child, no attempted indecency, no assault and no exposure because the kids weren't looking in her direction when when she was fondling herself and exposing. Biting breast is not sexual gratification. This irritated me greatly. I'm thinking, what the hell? If Molly was male would it be another story? Immediately the story of Peewee Herman masturbating in an adult theater came to mind. He was arrested for it. What if I, a forty something male walked up to a 12 year old girl in a mall and playfully bit her breast? My kids would be taken away from me and I would have to register as a sex offender. I kept my cool as best I could and moved forward with the new information my daughter had shared since the initial report. Molly had shown Lilly and my daughter a picture of a mans penis that she received on her phone. Now that caught the detective's attention. He setup an appointment for a forensic interview at the Children's Advocacy Center in Irving, TX.
At the interview her statements were taken. I was told it will take some time to prosecute Molly as Lilly normally resides in Oklahoma with her grandmother. Also Lilly's mother had not returned the detective's calls.
In my life life I have known two sex offenders. I once worked with a man who was a registered sex offender. His crime. Swatting the butts of little leaguers and saying good game he coached. Another woman I know served 2.5 years in prison (no probation, no trial) for grabbing the crotch of her 12 year old foster sister in a truth or dare game when she was 16. She was dared by two other 14 year old foster sisters. Moral of this story? Sex offender laws needs some work and there is a young female adult running around needing some serious intervention before she goes too far and damages a life.
